Payment of Rs.99 (inclusive of applicable taxes) will entitled enrolment to Jio Prime membership as a Jio Prime Member, with Subscription to any available Period 1st April 2017 to 31 March 2017 all customers to will have the option to book Jio Prime membership upon Subscription to any available Prepaid or Postpaid Plan & Payment of Rs.99. Upto 15 April 2017. Fees of Rs.99 will include one time enrolment charge as well as an annual Subscription fees. From time to time, Jio may offer different membership terms, and fees for such membership may very. The Jio Prime Membership fee is non-refundable except as expressly set fourth in this Terms. You can Pay using cash/Credit card /Debit card /Net banking /e-wallets/others on any of available Platforms including but not limited to jio.com/my jio/Jio money app/retailer Partners & other online third-party aggregators.
Jio Prime Membership Applicability & Validity
Jio Customers can buy Jio Prime membership Vouchers from any channel mentioned above. The first Jio Prime membership Voucher will be activated on 1st April 2017 or as soon as it attached to Jio Sim, whichever is later and all other Prime membership Vouchers will remain inactive customer.
The Jio Prime Membership Vouchers lying inactive will be activated only on attachment to Jio number on which a Jio Prime Vouchers has not been earlier.
The Jio Prime Membership is available only the subscribers of Prepaid Pv-19, Pv-49, Pv-96, Prepaid Base Plan-149, Plan-303, Pv-351, Postpaid Plan-303, Plan-499 and Plan-990. The Aspiring Jio Prime Subscribers are required to opt for one of these plans for enrolment to Jio Prime membership. The existing Prepaid Subscribers on Base Plan and Base Plan-I will be seamlessly moved to Prepaid Base Plan-149 on opting to enroll for Jio Prime membership. The Subscribers are free opt for any other Prepaid or Postpaid Plan of their Choice.
Jio Prime Membership Vouchers haven't been activated will expire on 30th June 2017.
The Customer acknowledges that the Jio Prime membership enrolment for Postpaid is available only on opting for e-bill or auto- pay.
Jio Prime Vouchers as Gifts/Transfers
Any Jio Customer who has Jio Prime membership Vouchers lying inactive, can gift/Transfer such Vouchers to anyone (including a non Jio Customer) through a URL link Upto 30th June 2017. in case receipt of such Voucher by a non Jio Customer, the customer needs to first activate Jio services in order to activate Jio Prime membership.
If the Customer receives the Jio Prime membership Vouchers via gift/Transfer and does not an active Jio Prime Vouchers attached to the Jio Number, the Vouchers so gifted/Transferred will be activated Instantly. In any Other case, the Voucher will remain inactive and available for future gift/transfer.
JIO PRIME MEMBERSHIP VOUCHERS received as gift/transfer that haven't been activated will expire on 30th June 2017.
Other Benefits
Other Benefits of the membership will be introduced from time to time.

Limitation
- Jio reserves the right to accept or refuse membership at its discretion.
- Jio may send email/SMS & other communication related to Jio Prime & your Prime membership (regardless of any settings or preferences related to your Jio account).
- You may not transfer or assign your Jio Prime membership or any Jio Prime Benefits expect as allowed in these terms.
- Jio Prime members are not Permitted to Purchase Products for the Purpose as resale or rental to Potential Customers using Jio Prime Vouchers.
- From time to time, Jio may choose in its sold discretion to add or remove Jio Prime membership Benefits.
- No two Benefits offers under the Jio Prime membership can be use concurrently.
- Terms of Use of specific Benefits offered under the Jio Prime membership will be governed by the corresponding specific terms and conditions specified therein.
Agreement Changes
We may in our discretion change these terms, on any aspect of Jio Prime membership, without notice to you. If any change to these terms in found invalid, void or for any reason, unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the Validity and enforceability of any remaining charges or conditions. Your continued membership after we change these Terms will constituted your acceptance of the changes.
Termination by us
We may Terminate your Jio Prime membership at our discretion without notice. If we do so, we wil give your a Prorated refund of subscription fee, base on the number of full month remaining in your membership. However, we will not give any refund termination related to conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates these terms or any applicable low, or involve fraud or misuse of the Jio Prime membership, or is harmful to our interests or another user or is otherwise lowfully restrained or Prohibited. One-time enrolment charges will not be refunded. Our Failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance these terms will not constituted a waiver of any of our rights.
Limitation and Liability
In addition to other limitations and exclusions, in no event will be or our directors, officers, employees, agents or other respectives be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or Punitive damages, or any other damages, of any kind, arising out of or related to Jio Prime membership. Our total liability whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, will not exceed the last membership fee you paid. These exclusions and limitations of Liability will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and will survive cancelation or termination of your Jio Prime membership.
